You may request an order cancellation within 14 days of purchase, in line with the EU Right of Withdrawal.

Order Cancellation Request

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and confirm this with you.

If your order has already been shipped, your withdrawal will be completed through our standard returns process. You will be responsible for returning the items to us. Once the pieces have been received, your refund will be issued.

We want you to love your jewellery but for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30 day returns policy, from the date you received your order.

Your return must be in perfect condition and in original packaging.

The cost of post to return items is the customers responsibility.

We recommend you post your return via registered mail and accept responsibility for any return deliveries lost or damaged.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund/exchange.
